Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014
At Stone Cross Jewellery we hope that all of our customers are satisfied with both the service and products they receive and we try to give as accurate a description of our products and their appearance as possible. All of the recycled items we sell will have some age to them (particularly the vintage items) and therefore this will often be reflected in their condition.
However, you have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us via the contact form to let us know you wish to cancel and return an item. You will then have 14 days in which to return your item.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible, once you have cancelled the contract. The goods must be well packaged and you should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as we have received the returned item, and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
